They are so understaffed. You can't go in and order. It's drive through only. They only have two employees and the line is so... backed up. I feel bad for the two girls working. This is the worst dunkin donuts in the columbia area and thats saying something. I hate having to work on this side of town and... come here. I always thought it was a fluke bad day but this is the 3rd time ive come here in a 2 month period and they arealways rude, out of whatever donuts you want, and the dine in area is closed to everyone except online pick up orders whichmakes absolutely no sense if you dont want to wait in the drive thru to find out they are out of whatever you want. We were driving home from Folly Beach looking for something for breakfast. We pulled in the parking lot to find out that you... could only go inside if you had a online order so we proceeded to the drive thru where we were greeted with the mostunenthusiastic worker. We placed our order and drove to the window. We asked the lady if we could have a cup of ice and sheresponded ?we?ll see.?. Once we get all of our food, it?s lukewarm, the cheese wasn?t melted, it was dry and the sandwich tastedand smelled like cardboard. We also got a chia tea latte and French vanilla latte and they were the same drink. The lack ofkindness and quality will make me rethink Dunkin again and I will definitely not darken the doorstep of this location again. Read more

This is ridiculous. Truly. This is the third time I?ve come here and they never have their menu items in stock. They don?t ever... have the everything stuffed bagel minis. But it?s on the menu. They don?t have an avocado spread for avocado toast. Lol. I?vebeen to other Dunkin locations and they have both items. And what confuses me is that this is a newer location. But they neverhave all their menu items. Dunkin needs to send their delivery trucks here, so they can have all their menu items. Read more
Perfectly mixed drinks, delicious donut, and friendly service! The amount of flavor in the drinks was exactly right. Not many... Dunkin locations do that. I love that my donut was in a box and not in a bag. I hate when the donut is in the bag and messes upthe toppings. The lady at the window knew exactly what to do! Read more

The only way I can figure people still go to this-or any Dunkin for that matter is that they are secretly selling the secret to... eternal life because I can fathom no other reason to attend. My experience started with a 10 minute wait for the ONE car infront of me (not an exaggeration). When we pulled up we informed the cashier that we would like to pay for one of the items incash. You would have thought I asked her to build a start up to rival space X and origin by how perplexed she was. When wedecided just to pay all on one card instead of causing a malfunction that could shut the whole store down, she proceeded toinform me if I "knew about the nitro cold brew" and pointed to a cup that was 1/4 coffee and 3/4 foam. I was a little too takenaback to explain to the woman how to pour coffee but in the time it took me to process she asked if I would like a cold brewinstead. To which I agreed, in an effort not to make my experience any longer than it already was. We then proceeded to wait anadditional 5 minutes for an undercooked egg sandwich and cold bagel bites with a small bit of cream cheese stuffed inside. Worst$13 I have ever spent and I've gotten my dog a blue berry facial at Petco before. Read more
