I do love going to Bojangles and getting there lunch options. This particular location didn't have the full menu for example.... They only had the mac and cheese kids meal for some reason so we ended up getting our daughter a regular meal which ended upcosting more money but overall it was a good experience. Read more

Not from the area. On the way from Colorado to South Carolina. Miss Linda was on top of her game. Some of the best customer... service I 've had in a long time. Ordered Large Fries only. They we're nice and hot and perfect flavor like always. My issue is I ordered, waited in line behind... someone who took their time getting food and got to the window, paid and then was told to pull up and wait without anyone behindme to wait for my order of fries. Why is it okay to have a customer wait past the serving window for their order if there isnoone behind them? It causes extra work for the employees to walk out of the store and can easily agitate customers for simpleitem orders, I was given no explanation just told to pull forward. Having someone pull forward to get them out of your window isrude in the food and beverage industry.. It's not only dangerous to the person you make walk out of your stores to hand deliverfood to customers these days but it wastes production time they could have turned around to be doing the next task. I stillconsider this location a five star palace of service compared to the Harbison Location but still, please be mindful and considerof your guests and employees safety. Read more

20211203 stopped by around 5 pm and there was no lines. I asked for 1 leg and 2 thighs, and got 2 legs and a tiny thigh. Oh... well. maybe that's what they have. The chicken was hot, freshed cooked. My dog lives her Bojangles. 20211202 stopped by around6:45 tonight. More chicken dinner for my pups. The lady at the drive thru was so nice. I love going to Bojangles. All that Ihave visited consistently have such nice employees!! The chicken is delicious!! Thanks! 20211101 Was here around 7 pm, nolines. The nice man at the drive thru window was so nice. I asked if him to make sure it's dark meat in the box, and he saidthat he personally put the chicken in the box. I got back to the hotel... oh my, the dark meat pieces were hot out of the fryer.So freshly cooked. One of my pups love Bojangles and she had it for dinner. Thanks!! If I could give no stars I would. They have never been open on the inside every time I have passed or stopped at this location.... They have stickers and a sign that says 'come on in.' How am I supposed to 'come on in' if they NEVER open the inside?! Thoughtwe were past this always eating in our cars.... I will never stop here again. Read more
