Fairly quick service. Mashed potatoes were still hot when we returned home, as was the gravy.
DON'T GO THERE!!!!!! THEY have one price listed but charge you more. I questioned them about it and was told they could do... nothing about it. The girl behind the counter Just gave me a dirty look and walked away. They owe me $1.00. they have lost acustomer and I'll NEVER go to another KFC. Popeye's is better and less expensive. Read more
When I arrived at the west Chicago restaurant there were people waiting at the front counter and no one would respond to them or... myself until I pressed to get help. Then the server took her order and filled it before she took my order , which is how itshould have been, then she walked away and didn't say anything. the register wouldn't let me pay. I waited 5 min before sheresponded and and I was able to pay. She walked away again and I waited 10 more minutes before I had to request help again. Iasked if anyone was serving the front counter and the manager asked where I went when the woman in front of me was served. Itold him I was there the whole time .There was a long drive up line and they said my order had to be in with theirs. I came intothe building so I wouldn't be sitting in a long line outside. If KFC doesn't train workers to use better communication andcustomer service. I surely will be choosing another place to purchase my food. Read more
Enjoyed early dinner with my bf. Much improved over previous two visits when restaurant was lacking employees due to pandemic... recovery. This time food was fresh, tasted great and chicken was cooked perfectly. Read more
Stopped in at this location ordered a k1 and 2 Chipotle ranch burritos drove back to the job site. Notice I was only given the... chicken. Try calling nobody picked it up. I had a very upset employee. Who was looking forward to those burritos. He ended upgoing to Subway. Wasn't about to drive 10 minutes back to the location to get two burritos. Read more
Like a lot of other reviews of fast food restaurants, it's completely serviceable. Of you like the food it's fine, service is as... expected. Food tastes consistent with other franchises. Employees have been polite. Just a regular normal KFC. Read more
This place has actually gotten it's act together and is putting out good, hot, fresh food now. Thankful the employees that told... us a half hour before they closed they were out of food are gone. Read more
