I had the worst experience ever, not only drive thru took forever to even say hello, the two people that were in there are... beyond the most inadequate, the guy finally answered with attitude, then the lady gave me the wrong coffee, which was extremelyhot with the cup half open to the point that in pour all over my hands and my car. Mind me I was on my way to work, wasted bothtime and money because the useless employee couldn't even give me my money back, I lost a few bucks too. The guy on top wasyelling at me when i demanded my money back, I literally wanted to throw that hot coffee on his face but in difference betweenhim and I is that i keep my posture even when my hands are burning and incompetent people are yelling. Ruined my entire morningroute when I was just trying to drink a coffee. Next time both of those incompetent people should pour hot coffee on themselvesat 4am. Can't even serve coffee the right way, do you even deserve minimum wage? My 5 year old down better than these twochildren in grown up bodies. Tried giving this place a chance, and everytime, they charge you 4 bucks for a burnt bagel with no cream cheese. I have even... been verbal and asked for more creamcheese because they don't put any on. The staff is always rude. Won't be going here anymore. Read more
Best Dunkin in this entire area. They always get my order right and always have the donuts I ask for and they few times they... don?t they add an extra one in there. That?s how you know their customer service is the best. They go out of their way to makesure I come back and I definitely do. Read more

Has to be one of the worst dunkin in the area. All other dunkins add 2 cream and 2 sugars for small coffee this dunkin always... adds 1 cream and 1 sugar. And they also charge for extra for extra flavors!! All other dunkins don't charge for extra flavoring Read more
Stopped here and the employees messed up our order twice. First asked for a hot chocolate and toasted bagel with cream cheese.... After waiting we pull up and she passes us the hot chocolate swiped the card and leaves....comes back 2 minutes later and askswhat else we wanted and we said we were missing the bagel still. She says we didn't pay for the bagel so she charged us again.Gives us the bagel and we pull off. at this point we realize the hot chocolate is only hot water. And the bagel has almost nocream cheese. We ordered in the drive thru and the employee who was taking our order was rude and impatient. She interrupted us. Then when we... got our iced coffee, it didn't have any sugar in it and it was disgusting. The only thing they got right was that it was a $2drink because it was during Happy Hour.
