I ordered a cake for thanksgiving hoping to enjoy it with family at home. I ordered the week on Tuesday for Thursday. I arrive... to the store to pick up (as this isnt my first time) and the store is closed. I am disappointed that I wasn't told that it wasgoing to be closed so I could have planned ordering for another day. Read more
Love this Baskin Robbins. The owner is a very friendly and personable guy and the staff is very sweet here too. They are always... helpful and allow you to sample the flavors they have to choose from. This location has a great selection of flavors and evenoffers a couple of dairy free flavors as well. It took forever to get ice cream because the girl didn't know what went in banana Royal and couldn't bring herself to look at... the recipe book right beside her and kept asking me what else I wanted on it. Then I said no whip cream and she proceeded tosquirt it all over my ice cream and I'm saying no stop I said no whip cream and she just grabs a spoon and rakes it off beforehanding me the mess. Not to mention it's a 3 scoop ice cream and I got two. I didn't bother saying anything because it took 15minutes to get that much done. Ended up with a cut up banana with 2 scoops of mint chocolate chip and a little chocolate. Read more
