Went there in a rush and there was a short line so I was a bit worried lol but It was AMAZING. As a former wendys employee it's... been so hard to find a store like the one I used to work at that cares and I tasted it in the baconator, fries and tea that theyDEFINITELY CARE!!!!! Had to leave my car at one of the repair shops across the street. Walked over to Wendy's for some breakfast while I waited for... my car to be done. This was at 7:30 am, and after trying all doors, an employee came out and told me that they didn't open thedoors until 9. I said, "that's quite alright, I'm planing to sit outside anyway. I'll just walk around to the drive thruwindow". There was no cars in line. After walking around the building, and waiting at the window; I was told that the managersaid they could not sell me food, unless I was driving. I asked to see the manager, and was promptly told in a snotty tone "shetoo busy, she workin". So not only "could" they not sell me food, but I'm now sitting across the street at McDonald's eatingbreakfast, and writing this 1 star review. This location just lost me as a customer for life, and I'll be less likely to visitother locations too. Awful, slow service - even when there is no one in line expect to sit and stare at the drive through screen for at least 5... minutes before anyone acknowledges you or attempts to take your order. Check your food before you drive away bc it?s usuallywrong. The weekend night manager, Vicente, is clearly in way over his head. Read more
This review is for Wendy's chain overall and really fast food chains overall. I dislike the fact that not everything on fast... food menus are actually listed on drive thru menus anymore. I'm looking for the cheapest cheeseburger price and can't find itand so just ask for a cheeseburger. Ends up the lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles that I didn't want anyway, cost mycheeseburger to be almost $5...not the meal, just the burger. Then I get the baconator fries...lol instead of crumbled bacon Ijust get slabs of bacon. Total was around $8. What happened to fast food being an affordable option? Cause the quality hasn'timproved. They are good in the daytime. However, don't go late night unless you want to sit in the drive through line for an hour and then... get yelled at by window lady and told you should go to Wawa instead because the app allowed you to order coffee that they don'thave it available. I wasn't even complaining and a simple, "I'm sorry, we don't have coffee at this time. Can I offer you a sodainstead?" would have been fine but instead I got all this lip for literally no reason. I would give 1 star, but like I said theday crew and manager are nice and efficient, it's just the late night shift that seems to be a little off. Read more
