My husband and I just discovered this Tavern after years of living in the area. We stopped for lunch and loved the cozy... atmosphere and were served by staff who were extremely welcoming... and actually among the best we've ever had. The food wasdelish. We both had chicken salad wraps made with walnuts, cranberries and granny apples and greens. I ordered mixed greens,while y husband chose fries. Each came with a scoop of cole slaw. Wait time was very unbearable. Our waitress attended tables 3x as much as she did us, and did not stop by at all. Our food was... not good, my burger was undercooked and the bun was soaked. A table came in after us, was attended to first, and was leaving atthe same time we did. Was honestly debating on asking for the check after we got our appetizer. Read more
Food was delicious and hot. My family looked at the very large sign advertising homemade desserts. Selected desserts, except... server never asked if we wanted coffee or dessert, she simply put the bill on the table and left. Left a bad feeling. Read more

This place used to be great but ever since 2020 it seems like it has gone downhill and continues to use the products of that... year as an excuse. Menu has become super limited and it is difficult to get seated. We stopped in on a Monday night around 6:30.The restaurant was not busy tons of open tables but we were told there was a 20 min. Wait. It appeared like the only way to beseated was to sit at the bar. Has management done anything in the past two years to help the understaffing? Instead of having ahostess maybe have that person serve tables since there aren?t a lot to begin with. Wish this wasn?t so but it looks like wewill not be trying this place again. Read more
