Reviews for Rey Azteca of West Chester in West Chester, PA
I wanted to add to the below review. As I said then I wanted to give them a better review and we have enjoyed the food. After... the below review, we were asked to email management. While we never heard back from them the important thing is results. Wehave gave it two more trys and both orders were ready on time and accurate. So we are encouraged that issues are resolved andstill hope they continue to do well. I want to give them a better score. I really do. The food is good but after having mixedup orders time after time, we may have to give up. The errors have varied and we try and look at it before we leave but openingevery container on a big order is impractical. Literally every time we are missing something. Sometimes it is just a queso orthe tortillas that are suppose to come with a fajita. Another time is is the salsa. This time we got a chicken fajita dish afterthey repeated our order for the shrimp fajita and charged us the extra $5 for shrimp. We never have been willing to drive backso suspect we are out $30 by now. Plus either of those fajita meals were supposed to come with a quacamole side and that wasmissed as well. We have discussed it several times, always nicely because we want them to succeed and we wanted to keep goingthere. Very frustrating. Read more
Food was delicious, my favorite is the chimichanga! The service was great, the waiters are always patient! The atmosphere was... very comfortable and clean which is very important when it comes to restaurants. Their refried beans are also very good and thetortilla chips always come out warm and crispy! Their prices are very good also! Read more
We have never had a bad bite of food here. The fajitas Texicanas are my favorite! The desserts are all great.
The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean the place is... And it *smelled clean* - not perfumed. Clean. We were... there for lunch on a Sunday, so, not very crowded when we arrived, but it filled up quickly. I really enjoyed my Taco Salad, and while the dish itself is relatively simple, the flavors were subtle and complex. I find some Mexican restaurants heavilysalt their food so there's lots of flavor, but my meal wasn't over-salted and as I wrote, the flavors were subtle and complex. Ireally enjoyed it! The portions were good and my whole party really enjoyed the meal. The staff was friendly and very attentiveand our meals came out quickly. The atmosphere is bright and festive. I'll definitely be back! Read more

Great local Mexican restaurant. Pretty damn close to authentic cuisine as your going to get. Everything you'd expect on the... menu with very friendly pricing. I had a custom quesadilla with mushrooms and cheese, and a tamale. My son has the enchiladasSupreme off the menu, but asked for all cheese. No problem with the request. A small guacamole is ample for two or three toshare before the meal arrives.. Big plus...BYOB.. go there now, they recently opened, before it gets too crowded.... Read more
