We had Peter Clark kitchens for an Open House for 34 adults and 4 kids. Cathy was excellent to work with. Everyone said the... buffet food was delicious . We had an excellent server who never sat down and kept the food perfect the entire time. The entireevent was perfect. I will order from them again . I picked up food for the superbowl on Saturday. Honey Chipotle wings were very good, the chicken salad was maybe the best I've... ever had. Cheesesteak spring rolls with horseradish aoli were a big hit. I also grabbed a couple slices of cake, probably a bigmistake. I ate 2.5 slices before Sunday.
