Great customer service. They?re typically pretty quick on orders. Their drinks are a hit or miss though. I get the White... Chocolate Mocha and some days it tastes correct, but other days it taste like coffee and milk and on two occasions I had to tossit, since it contained a ton of grounds and tasted burnt. Read more
If you are in a hurry go to another Starbucks. Staff are friendly, but seem out of their depth in terms of customer service.... Seems to be more emphasis on drive-Thursday service than in house. Read more
Visited here over the weekend and got disappointed. Very congested space and no condiments kept in dining area. We?ve to rely on... the staff to count it and give it. Ordered chocolate milk and plain milk but unfortunately got only foam for two third of thecup. Ended up changing it after a long wait. Won?t recommend this location! Read more
Welp? I definitely will NOT be going back to starbucks on cox road EVER AGAIN! I went to get the little girl I nanny a cake pop... and decided to try a festive drink. I asked the guy taking my order if this drink had cinnamon in it as i?m allergic to it andhe told me it did not. When I got to the window he asked if I had an allergy to cinnamon and after I told him I did he went todouble check to make sure there was no cinnamon in it. When he returned he handed me and my drink and told me I was all good andto have a nice day. Now i?m sitting at a gymnastics class breaking out and throat swelling?. I look up the ingredients onlineand sure enough IT HAS CINNAMON IN IT! I called the store told them what happened and all the lady said was ? i?m so sorry thathappened to you I hope your day gets better? and then she hung up! Just the worst experience i?ve ever had. I?ve never in my life experienced Starbucks employees to not know how to make hot chocolate until tonight. Instead of the... employee fixing my drink because it tasted like hot milk, she put vanilla syrup in it to make it more sweet. I told her toremake it because it was disgusting. I ended up then asking for a refund because all of the employees were laughing like it wasa joke. This happened this evening on 11.29.22 at approximately 8:30pm.
