I went there twice, the workers don?t know anything. First time, I ordered a Dragon Drink. The girl asks me ?lemonade or tea?? I... was very confused, and then they gave me lemonade with dry dragon fruit? the second time I went there, I hoped that they knowhow to make it. So I ordered the ice black decaf coffee and iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso. The girl said:? we don?thave decaf coffee and iced brown sugar.., but for the ice decaf coffee we can make one which is similar as decaf coffee? I wassuper upset. Besides, when I wait for the ice coffee, I was shocked that the girl literally throw the ice cubs into the cupwhich the coffee spilled everywhere. I will never and ever order a drink in this place again! So disappointed! And the workersshould be trained!! Read more

Every time I have visited this Starbucks, I have run into 1 problem or another. This is the one of the very few Starbucks I have... problems with. This time, I had a email for 2 free handcrafted drinks. Any size and any flavor. (I am a charge card holder) Ishowed the girl my email, she read it, then I switched to my scan card. She scanned it, and said it took off $5.00 and asked ifthat was ok? Well the charge was almost $10.00 so I told her it was not ok. She read the email again and called over hersupervisor. She read the email and came to the same conclusion. $5.00 off. I said that the email says 2 handcrafted drinks. Sheagreed with me, but said the computer is only letting her take off $5.00. So finally she said she would take 1 drink order offand the computer won?t even know she gave it to us. So after a 7 minute wait we were on our way. Sorry to the people that werebehind us. This little shop has great employees. Although it can get very busy at times it is a cool little place to chill and take a... breather while exploring the shops. Online ordering is a plus during lockdown! Read more
