Fast, friendly, and my order is always right. Love my starbucks coffee, just wish prices were friendlier lol As long as you... go early in the morning or day, the service is. Update: I still ?? my starbucks coffee and people who have been there since mylast post, but ????????unfortunately they're not as good as they were... I'm not sure if they've burnt out everyone from workingwith, what seemed like, an always limited staff, or what... but not as fast, friendly, or accurate as they were before... andone thing that they can't seem to get right is how to dispense nitro cold brew into a cup, so that the customer Gets WhatThey're Paying For...so annoying ???? I had to park from going through drive-thru and go in ...which is not what I care about...but my Grande nitro cold brews were not even filled halfway...and I get attitude when I come back in requesting a fullamt... That being said, it's not always like that...their good staff... little that's left...is only reason I keep going backhoping that they've gotten better again... so it's hit or miss right now depending on what you order and what time??you go... I kept them at 4 ??'s ONLY For the Hard Working Friendly Staff That IS THERE because THEY Get Things Right and Are Still Fast andFriendly staff....NOT Their FAULT for what other's are or are not doing... BUT if things Don't Get Better I'll have to DROP ITto a 2 or 3 ??... and I really dislike putting bad reviews, but I just tell the truth 9f what's going on... Well I love Starbucks but this is the worst location I have seen and I?m not writing with one visit , I tried this place 5 times... and it?s worse than the last time. I always order online and they never put my drinks in drink holder , hot coffee cups neverhad spill stoppers ,order impossible breakfast,got home and find out they put DS BACON sandwich. Hands down the absolute best Starbucks in Butler county! They always get the drink order right, order quickly and deliver... quickly... Customer service is always top notch.. When you go through the drive-through they give great conversation I can't sayenough great things about this awesome location!! If you ever need a pick me up, I suggest picking yourself up and heading tothis Starbucks. You won't be disappointed. Read more
This is one of the best Starbucks around! I have ordered online and through drive thru and they are fast, always polite, kind... and everything is always correct. Long line but it moved fast. They had a person standing outside taking orders down the line to help expedite the process. Nice... note saying to have a nice day on my egg white package. Cold brews were made how we like it! Read more
Very unfriendly barista! Made an online order she demanded I made elsewhere, when I showed the order she finally said she would... make it then proceeded to take her sweet time...20 minutes later I had my $6 cold brew. Oh, and getting in and out washorrendous! Poor traffic setup! Read more
