Don't pay attention to the closing times on Google. This location just decides to close whenever they feel like it. Two visits... in a row before 11 (10:20pm and 9:25pm) they were closed. Read more
Stopped here for lunch before a Bengals game. Very busy so long drive thru line, but I was impressed how methodically the staff... kept the line moving. Kid at the first window was friendly. Good fries. People have been talking about that br spicy chickensandwich, and they were right to be doing so. Recommended. Read more
Customer service sucks, but even worst store manager walking around representing McDonald's by having a face full of tattoos... ???? ( get real ) and was very disrespectful to my wife with a power trip lol You are Lucky I have alot to loose and have tobe a mature adult. Not sure how the Frappe machine (it's a blender) can be broken 4 visits in a row, months apart. This McDonald's is the worst. ... Always a line around the building, only one drive through line open. Read more
The order was a mess. After waiting for 10 minutes outside while what was right got cold, I proceeded to go inside to have... everything remade hot and fresh. The inside was chaos. Understaffing wasn't an issue, it seemed more of a communicationbreakdown issue. The food was re-made, but this double quarter ponder was literally raw, and the fries were severely undercooked, unsalted, and cold. I hate to leave this kind of review because I understand line cook life, but rush and chaos, or not,you make sure the food is done. Read more
I do not like leaving bad reviews. I'm so bummed. I expected more from this loacation. I've been on this Big Mac kick. This... was dry and by far the nastiest Big Mac, I've had.
