So it was $4 since I went on a weekday morning which is about what I'd expect to pay due to it being incredibly dirty and the... tiles on the top floor are loose and bend under foot. Also most of the stairs to the big slides and other spots are tapedtogether. It's definitely on its last legs. That alone may deter me from taking my kids here again. Also the amount of dust onthe walking spaces is an inch thick and theres what looks like mold on flat surfaces. Seems like owners don't care or prioritizethat. Would like to see a change because even at $10 per kid per visit it's not bad value IF the place was clean and wellmaintained. Read more

The equipment is a good energy burning providing lots of running, climbing and sliding! The equipment is older and doesn't get... cleaned well. Everything was sticky with a grayish film on it from dirt build up; Toys, counters, chairs. Garbage cubicles werevery smelly and had food down the sides. Crevices on the toys in the toddler toy area had half inch or so of dust in them. Lightfixtures were broke or not covered at all. Ceiling is turning black around vents from so much dust build up. It was very stuffyand I could feel the dust in the air from my nose and throat. It was fun for the first time, though due to uncleanliness, probably will be the last. Very sad because it has a lot of potential for being a great place for kids. Read more

We were super disappointed! This is such a great idea and we had high expectations. Many of the toys in the Toddler Zone were... way past worn out. Some of them were broken and could potentially be choking hazards. A lot of toys were dirty and the carpetdidn?t appear to have been vacuumed in quite some time. Jack?s playground equipment looked to be newer or better taken care of.There were multiple spots in some of the corners where there was a build up of dust and crud. Like if it wasn?t easy to get to,they just didn?t. They seemed to be short-staffed, and I know that?s a problem every where. We tried to give grace. If theycould step up their cleaning and toy replacement game, I think we?d give them another try! Read more

Employees are rude. Bathrooms are disgusting locked my 1.5 year old out because she refused to keep socks on I get it. But if... you wanna be worried about cleanliness start with you facility the tables were trashed no clean place to sit. It was truly worsethan pre Covid times. But the way the lady at the desk handled things, they are lucky to even be In Business. Won?t ever return. Read more

No kid will come here and be disappointed. Parents on the other hand well, for the money it's a great value. (2022) $10 bucks... gets your kid in however the bounce house can be reserved for the day and that cuts in half the fun so safely assume thatSaturdays and Sundays you're not going to see the bounce house available. As for the facility itself they do keep it relativelyclean but it's obvious they're being cheap about things like not tossing old chairs and certain places that are just not cleanedbecause they're hard to get to it forgotten. Again 10 bucks for a place that a 3 to 6 year old will burn out in. Parentalplus. Read more

I use to really enjoy bringing my 2 and 4 year old here. It was just their size and fun on those cold days. When I went today I... was shocked at the disrepair and how filthy it was. The family bathroom was a mess. The jungle gym is falling apart and thegarbage and dust all around was ridiculous. Seems like no one working there cares to keep the place clean. I was hoping to havemy 2 year old?s birthday party here but I have completely changed my mind about it. I will not go back unless things changedrastically. I have added some pictures to show the lack of care the employees are taking. Makes me wonder if the structure iseven safe to climb on. Just so sad a place we loved to go has turned into this. My only complaint is a stuck up cashier that up and down refused to give a receipt. She mean mugged the whole time we visited, I... witnessed her snap at a kid for standing in the wrong line... (he was in tears line ahead of me, his parents were in left linehe was in the right line ahead of me...) She rudly told him "move over to the other line!" Unless you want to order!" Rightafter that his parents pulled him over, clearly appalled by her attitude and went away quickly. I asked for a receipt afterordering my children a coke to share. She gave me a zero paid zero change copy... I then asked her, "can I get an accuratenumber for my self please?" She looked at my copy she just handed me surprised "oh, well... do you actually want me to get you acopy?" I replied "yes" she answered me saying "I can't" She did the same thing to my wife when she paid for the 6 kids to play, she up and down refused to get the receipt for the transaction... My family put a lot of money into this visit, this employeehas added a bit of sour to it. ... I digress ... Overall I have a great time with the family here! The food is good consideringthe whole type of location, the French Fries and Fountain Soda Pop are always fresh when we visit. They also have pizza that'sgood too. I enjoy that the rest rooms are kept nice, and the play equipment has been slammed and rammed by constant play but hasheld up over the years! So... other than the very unfortunate attitude of a current employee that works at the register, whowore a gray Hoodie under her uniform... ...I love going to JUMP & JACKS! Read more

Great place to take the kids. Make sure everyone is wearing socks ( although they do sell them at $1a pair). They have tables... set up for eating, and individual chairs placed around the activities. Food is available for purchase as you are not allowed tobring in outside food and drink. The bigger kids had a great time on the obstacle courses. There is a separate area provided forthe younger children. I included pictures of the 2 and younger play zone. Read more
