It's jimmy John's.... But it was so freaky fast. So, it's good as a freaky fast sandwich shop.
I normally do not post bad reviews. Wish this location could get more help. Sometimes there open and sometimes there not.
Management and customer service quality has gone downhill dramatically at this location. I?ve gone here for lunch quite a bit... because it?s good food and it?s supposed to be convenient. Every other time I go the drive through is closed with noexplanation except for us to come in and order. There?s definitely enough employees to run the drive-through, too. And the drivethrough works, it?s only open on some days for some reason. A lot of business comes from drive-through so I?m not sure who?smaking the decision to have it down some days? not a good business decision for a lunch place. On top of that, the employeesare not friendly whatsoever and some barely acknowledge you. The other day I picked up lunch and I was missing the side of sauceI payed for. Didn?t seem like a big deal, though when I wen to ask for if from the two guys working behind the counter Ireceived no response as they both had earbuds in. They made it seem like I was the inconvenience. They?re not usually busy andI wouldn?t be surprised if they went out of business if they don?t improve. Every time, without fail, they mess up my order. I can understand messing it up every now and then, but whenever I order online... or in person, my sandwich either has things I did not ask for on it, or it has toppings from the sandwich from someone else inmy group. Especially considering there is a subway less than a block away, I feel they should be producing much better results. Read more
I am not convinced that this location isn't hiding a time machine. I placed a pickup order while I was about 3 minutes from the... location and expected a short wait when I got there. My order was done perfectly and waiting when I went in. And this locationis always this way. I don't know how they do it, but this has got to be the fastest location in the greater Cincinnati area. Food taste great, when ording inside their super fast but little slower when delivering but not complaining cause they stay... SUPER BUSY. They probably visit our office 6 or 7 times a day. The Italian night club is my favorite. Read more
