Ordered online?..pick up was fast..it was ready when I picked up. Restaurant looked clean but I was only in there a few minutes.... I checked our order real quick before I left and everything was there. Everything was hot no problem there. Chicken tenders hada hair in them?.side salad was so small I could have held the whole salad in my hand. Daughter said tomatoes tasted weird. BigBoy only Had a few stands of lettuce (seriously a few strands). It had mayo on it instead of BB sauce. I ate a 1/3 of It andthrew it away. Some of the wait staff are very good (ask for Tuan) but generally the kitchen is extremely slow with lots of cold food being... served. Premises are dirty. New ownership, in my humble opinion, appears to be interested only in squeezing every last nickelout of a once great brand. Been here several times, the drive thru is usually pretty good. Our experiences with the inside have not been great. The... server who has helped us a couple of times is great and he is trying his best but he seems to be doing all the work on his own.We've sat down a number of times only to be sat and not much else until the server is able to make it to us. I would give him 5stars he clearly is doing his best with little to no help. The salad bar is not great nor the breakfast bar. Overall just seemsto be understaffed for a dine in experience. Watch closely you'll see who's working and trying to do what they can. Be sure totip the people why are trying, it's not their fault they don't have help to back them up.
