If they ask you to pull forward, say "no. " I used to get great service here, but something has changed recently. Today the... person at the drive-thru asked me to pull around to the front because my sandwiches weren't ready. 10 minutes later, I wentinside because I still hadn't gotten my food. They tried to hand me other people's food twice before telling me they couldn't doanything about my sandwiches because they were so busy. Basically my sandwiches weren't counting against their metric anymorebecause my ticket was cleared, but if they made them, other food would be late and make them look bad. Read more
@Sharon Fisher Ignore this woman's review - she is a thief and constantly stole from the business, incredibly rude to customers,... and just an absolute nuisance to everyone involved. #hirednfired This dunkin is fantastic w/ hard working crew, incrediblysweet girls - most of the time you have teenage girls in food they are rude and snappy, but everyone here is generally in goodspirits and super helpful. Absolutely love this Dunkin. They are extremely quick and provide amazing customer service. I had a drink that didn?t taste... right and the manager was super nice about it and took care of my next drink. I drive out of my way just to go to this specificDunkin. They are amazing I actually messed up on the app ans ordered too many drinks like a dumb dumb. The GM was super nice and help... me get the correct food and drinks and refunded me the drinks I didn't need. This is my go-to Dunkin. I don't know how they get drinks and food out the window as fast as they do. Sometimes the line is... completely wrapped around the building, and they still just keep pumping product out and keep everything moving. They seldomhave mistakes with my orders, and I always have 3-4 drinks and one of mine is stupid complicated. The staff treats me like theyknow me. I drive out of the way to come here when there is a location less than half a mile from my house! Read more
Excellent Experience. Sitting inside in morning daylight with plenty of sunshine. It reminds me old hey days. What an... Experience! Coffee and begal with cream cheese is on the best simplest breakfast we prefer. Especially with someone you inspireyou and encourage you all the time.
