If they ask you to pull forward, say "no. " I used to get great service here, but something has changed recently. Today the... person at the drive-thru asked me to pull around to the front because my sandwiches weren't ready. 10 minutes later, I wentinside because I still hadn't gotten my food. They tried to hand me other people's food twice before telling me they couldn't doanything about my sandwiches because they were so busy. Basically my sandwiches weren't counting against their metric anymorebecause my ticket was cleared, but if they made them, other food would be late and make them look bad. Read more
@Sharon Fisher Ignore this woman's review - she is a thief and constantly stole from the business, incredibly rude to customers,... and just an absolute nuisance to everyone involved. #hirednfired This dunkin is fantastic w/ hard working crew, incrediblysweet girls - most of the time you have teenage girls in food they are rude and snappy, but everyone here is generally in goodspirits and super helpful.
