Went a few weeks ago and ordered a frozen hot chocolate. After a few sips, it chunked up and I couldn't drink it. I took it back... and the manager didn't know why because the machine was working fine. But he gave me another one to replace the first and it didthe same thing. This week I went there to order a pretzel. The manager recognized me and told me they found out what the problemwas and was able to remedy it. Then he gave me a free one because of the issues before. I would give 0 stars if I could. My son and his two friends ate here today and all three have food poisoning. They ordered the... cinnamon pretzel sticks. I feel sorry for the boys.
