I went to sit down to enjoy my lunch because this location is featured inside Walmart. I was approached by a lady who stated she... was a lead and she said ? if you aren?t ordering food you can?t sit here? Her tone of voice was so condescending that I was inshocked how she said it. I said ok and I bought a bag of chips to meet the requirement. The bag was $1 and some change but Igave her $3 and told her to keep the change. I then came back to register and handed her the chips and told her kindly said ? berespectful next time and that she should leadership attributes by respecting people. She got upset and she used thiscondescending tone to apologize and told me to leave because she had other customers. Poor poor service for a lead. I didn?t gether name but she knows who she is. I went to this Subway today, and the woman working was absolutely incredible! She was so kind and considerate. She always... clarified everything and made sure I had everything I wanted. I did not catch her name, but I know she wore an American themedmask. Could not have asked for better service! :) Read more
Manager at this location is the best manager I?ve ever seen. Literally. This manager went above and beyond and exceeded every... expectation possible. If you have more locations PLEASE promote her to district manager. This type of customer service at a fastfood restaurant is non existent. Thank you so much for the amazing experience. Read more
