So disappointed... I've been coming to this coney island for a few years. So much so that the young man who took my order... remembered me because I ordered spinach pie and a salad. I've never had issues with the food until this evening. The greek saladdressing tasted like pure vinegar, and the spinach pie was worse. It was microwaved! *Please consider this post before eating here* Listen...I typically don't complain about much. I'm a former GM of a busy... restaurant, and I know all too well the challenges that these businesses face. Especially during the COVID Era. HOWEVER...Management/ Ownership must remember we are EATING your products. You have a responsibility legally and morally to be consciousof our health. I ordered a chicken finger salad and fries. Tasted fine. Even though I could taste fish on the cold friesbecause they don't change their fryer oil often enough, but I can live with that. Former industry employee, remember? What Ican't live with is finding mud in my salad. Mud. Not a little dirt. Mud caked on several, not just one, pieces of lettuce. So produce is not being washed. This is not a little problem. And I doubt this is a random oversight. I have eaten at thislocation for years. And wish I could continue. But I also have a responsibility to myself and my family to make sure we don'tget sick. Portions are small. Price is expensive. If you know Detroit coney islands be prepared to be disappointed. Especially with the... Chilli cheese fries. My husband, a black man went in to order our food and they acted irritated with him ordering or asking forcondiments but all the other guests were greeted and accommodated. Whenever I come home to Michigan, I always get Coney Island. I've never had a problem with this store until today. I guess the... kids working there thought it would be funny to give a paying customer the smallest wings and a handful of fries for almost $13.I had a very long drive from Boston and was starving so I ate the wing dings before thinking of taking a picture of how measlythey were. I did take a picture of the fries though. This isn't even funny. You can literally see the bottom of the containerbecause there's so few fries in the container. What I received wasn't $7 worth, let alone $13 worth. You just lost a customer.I'll also tell anyone in my neighborhood not to come here. Read more

Terrible experience. Get take out from there and get back to where we are going. Ordered Fries, Ruben and Greek Saleds. Fries... are Ice cold and stale, probably hours old. Ruben comes with no dressing on it and no dressing in the bag. And the greek saladscome with way too little dressing, the dressing taste watery.
