WORST RESTAURANT EVER!!! Where is the ZERO star option? The only reason I've ordered from them at all is because of delivery but... I'm done ever going here. Rudest staff I've ever dealt with. The bread used for my sub was burnt and rock hard. I called andthey told me the bread was just made FRESH. Clearly it's old. When I asked for a new sub they told me there was NOTHING theycould do for me and I'd have to file a complaint with corporate. I was told the general manager there would do nothing for meeither. I've also filed a complaint with their corporate office before and the person there just ARGUED with me. VERYunprofessional! Did nothing for me whatsoever. The delivery fee is also $4 for my $5 sub and when I didn't leave an EXTRA tipthe delivery driver knocked on my door until I answered DEMANDING I sign the receipt (I already paid for the order). He said IFORGOT to leave a tip. This has happened 3x when I put NO TIP on the order. Read more

Jimmy John's isn't usually on my go to list. I may have to rethink that as I had #3 Tuna and it was very delicious. Tuna was... fresh and same thing with the cucumbers and tomatoes. I also ordered the big pickle and I choose to have it cut in half. Lookingfor a good tuna sub I recommend Jimmy John's. Read more
I Have always ordered delivery back in the day, but I finally actually walked into the restaurant this time and it is really... attractive. The menu may have grown and it was easier/faster to choose how you want your sub in the store rather than online orover the phone due to no hassels of miscommunication. Either way, foods great, and if you dine in, it is edgy, and entertainingwhile you wait for your order. The boothes were made for teenagers, too small for my taste. We felt really snug and tight, notjust me, but my fiance too. They do have tables and chairs, but usually boothes are more comfy. So if you are bigger than 150pounds, be aware! Read more
VERY disappointed with this visit. Food is always good. Service is quick except for Friday night when it is busy, so I plan... that. I call earlier so that it's ready. It was Thursday night, I still called earlier, got there and called again for curbsidepickup. Rolled my window down and started looking at my phone. I then realized it had been a few minutes, looked at my phone, itwas 8 minutes. I walked in. 1 customer, 4 employees. I said that I had been waiting 8 minutes in my car for the order, the kidjust looked around like he was lost. The customer said that there was an order on the front shelf with my name on it.
