I waited for an online order for 25 minutes. When I arrived at the order screen I was told to ?wait? then told to ?pull around?... when I got to the window they handed me my food, and said nothing. No apology for the wait or anything. My order was also madeincorrectly as the burgers were PLAIN and they came with sauces and pickles etc. I waited that long for food I didn?t even wantto eat after opening the bag. Read more

If there is one restaurant to avoid for service in west bend, this would be it. Let?s be very plain here. The serving times are... terrible! Literally only ever taking one order at a time and cooking it and serving it before taking another. 3 cars in the lineand it took 20 mins-for real. My wife and I keep trying it, hoping it?s better, but it?s not! Soda machines didn't work, food was cold, bun's were hard. We dined inside and froze, like the heat wasn't even on. Good way to... get customers not to stay. We totally disappointed will not go back to this location ever. They absolutely lost my business. Read more
Whether you go in & order your food or use the drive thru it's a wait, but they do get your order correct. The coupons they... always put out saves a lot of money especially if you are feeding a family. Just learned that they only accept ONE coupon perperson. Read more
I waited in drive thru 10 minutes then worker said I'll be with you in a second then 7 minutes later he said he just clocked in... and can't get screen on sono food. So bizarre! Very disappointing is was 2pm on Wednesday. Read more
