Don't let the serious look on my face confuse you, I was all smiles inside when I was looking at this beautiful sandwich! I... happened to be in West Bend right at lunch time and decided it was high time for me to stop in at Billy Sims BBQ. I waspleasantly surprised at how reasonably priced the food was. The Triple 20 Signature Sandwich, it's loaded with some tastypulled pork drizzled with Billy?s Secret Sauce, and covered with coleslaw & provolone ????! YUM ???? Warning once you pick thissandwich up, just plan on finishing it. So good you won't want to put it down. Make sure you grab a few napkins, I made itthrough only using two. Added Billy Baked Beans and Mac N Cheese on the side and it was right on. Don't pass up the sides. Likealways save room for dessert or get one to go! I grabbed a Banana Wafer Stacker, took it to go but snuck a few bites so I couldlet you all know it is a great treat at the end of a delicious meal. Read more

We had the pulled pork sandwiches, bbq beans and cole slaw. Overall a very good value. Store has $7 sandwich and drink combos,... sandwich, side & drink $8.99. Sandwich was typical size but meaty. It was a bit of a disappointing experience tonight at the restaurant. We ordered quite a lot of food (over $120) to go, and when... we got home, which is 20 minutes away, part of our order was missing. When I called the restaurant, I said my rack of ribs wasmissing, and I didn't have a receipt to show because when I paid they said the paper in their machine was not working. They saidthey needed to check to see if I really paid for it. Fortunately, they were able to verify my order and that I paid for themissing item so I said I would drive back in town to pick it up as I was feeding a group. When I arrived back at the store theywere apologetic, the manager said to just blame them - that they distracted everyone.?? Then the staff started to prepare therack of ribs. The manager told the cook to make sure you give them one with a lot of meat on it, you might have to go to theback?? Wouldn't all your racks of ribs that you charge so much for have lots of meat on them? I also ordered some more sausagewhen I was there and I thought they would at least give me a discount on the meat (since I am now at $140 order) and since theyhad messed up on my order and I had to drive back into town - and then back home, but no discount. When we got home all themeat tasted great, but the managers message did not get through to the staff because our ribs did not have much meat on them atall. The baked potatoes were not fully cooked (not great) and the stackers, which we have had before, were a big disappointment. They had the date 8/6 on them, which I did not see until we served them. So they were a week old, the Bananas were brown inBanana Stacker, and in the Cherry Stacker, the whip cream was hard. They were both just not good at all. We actually ended upthrowing them away. The food is good and I go there once or twice a month. Pricing is above average for counter service fast food, but then not... everyone has pulled pork and brisket. Had a semi negative experience. A sandwich drink and a side is $12 on the menu. Then everytable has a daily special sign on it advertising the same meal for $7.99. I pointed this out and got a bit of attitude in theanswer from the young gal behind the counter that "We give the Special price if you ask for it when you order, I can refund youif you want". That's pretty lame, no Special on the menu or automatically logged on the register, then you see your identicalmeal advertised when you sit down to eat or not at all if you order to go. Read more
