Not all Taco Bell?s are made equally that?s for damn sure! I take the extra hour out of my day to go to Baraboo rather then wait... an hour in the Reedsburg line. In Baraboo they may not always be the most friendly or accidentally give me a wrong burrito but Isure as hell would rather take the time to come here. They are more then willing to replace your food if something is wrong andalmost always have beans/potatoes unlike Reedsburg. Unfortunately, Reedsburg location just needs to be shut down at this point.There?s no reason to force 2 workers to work all night and get yelled at by customers. Baraboo TBell FTW ???? Read more

Worst food I have ever had at this location. Taco literally had about 1 oz of meat. I only know that because I know what a 2... oz souffle cup holds, and this was at least half of that. Another taco literally had about 15 strands of cheese. Every singletaco in the 12 pack was the same. Will never return to Pine Street, Baraboo location. Read more
They are staffed but will leave their lights off and employees just purposely pretend not to be there. Why be open to just hide... in the corner and refuse to serve customers? We can see you and your cars parked in the parking lot. This has happened to memultiple times at this location. Get a better manager or pay to hire better employees and you?d actually make sales. It's a Friday and the website says they close at 2am. Waited in line to order... we get to the menu board and we can clearly see... people working. As soon as we try to order, someone tells us "they are out of food" and cannot take our order right now. Askedwhen they will be ready and they said "I'm not sure. I'm doing what I can" You ran out of food? That makes NO sense at all. Ifyou ran out of food you, you shouldn't have your lights inside nor your menu board. Every time I come here there is a problem.Last time my husband and I came here, all the lights were on once again and they told us that their computers weren't working sothey couldn't take our order. To me it looks like they are lazy and don't want to make food. Personally they should just shutdown. Horrible customer service and there's always issues. Came early in the morning and used the drive thru as I was headed to the humane society around the corner. Food was great,... fresh, hot, and the service time was was plenty within standard "I use to manage a dd/br in the Chicago burbs". However Ireturned later that evening and after standing in a lobby for five minutes waiting to order, an older woman tells me the lobby'sclosed and there's signs, that I can go to the drive thru. The "sign" was some painters tape we never even noticed, I additionalneeded to use the bathroom. Instead we left and went to Arby's, who took ten years to make our food.
