Got a delivery at Big Splash. Our order was huge and complicated. Food for 7 people with 5 speciality orders. Our food was... delivered hot and 100% correct. The only minor complaint was that we were quoted 30 minutes, but it was a little over an hour. No big deal, especially considering the size of the order. Our delivery driver was super friendly. We met him in the lobby, helet us carry our big order up to our room with his delivery bags. He waited in the lobby for us to bring them back. Thatalways a big help! No wonder thus place has such horrible reviews. I have been in customer service for 15 years and I would never treat a... customer the way Sheila, THE MANAGER, treated us. For a manager to tell me I'm a liar because what they sent us wasn't what weordered. Our family orders from them multiple times a week, but never again. Love this place. I always use this Papa Johns and it is so good and have never had a complaint everything I have got is always... warm and delicious. But tonight will b my first complaint. I ordered a gluten free pizza and the pizza was ordered with extracheese and it was not the extra cheese that they normal put on there, the ranch wasn?t even all the way on the pizza. I gotwings and the juice ran out of the box and went everywhere! I think with this being said the wings didn?t have the taste thatthey usually have. Read more
