No cold brew and the employee was so into restocking straws that she didnt even come over to take our order. She made us call it... to her then she had to ask a 2nd time. Poor customer service. Read more
Barista was very rude. Tried ordering several times but she was too busy restocking the straws. When she finally took our order... she acted as if we were inconveniencing her. Then her boss came and she acted like a whole new person. Became polite andhelpful. Read more
