Great quick and speedy service! Good ice cream as always.
I will never go here again!! I wish I could leave no stars. We ordered a cake on Monday to be ready at 12pm on Saturday for my... son's birthday. My husband went to go pick it up and no one is there, store is closed. Sign says they open at 11am. Waited ahalf hour and still no one. How do you run a business like that. Had to go somewhere else last minute and settle for a differentcake. Top it off, we already paid in full. Read more
While in town on a visit w family, craving some good old Carvel, we attempted to grab some good at this location. We entered to... find a man working on the machine with his back to us...no acknowledgement that we entered the building. Worst carvel ever! Walked in no greeting couldn't be bothered. I felt so unwelcome. I also got old freezer burnt ice cream and... my order took forever. I had to repeatedly tell him what I wanted because because he was not paying attention!! Read more
We walked into Carvel to ask if they had something specific and unfortunately the young lady had such a bad attitude she threw... her phone down on the counter because she had to make my husband a cup of ice cream. She was rolling her eyes at his questionsand it just turned him off so he didn't want the ice cream anymore and you lost a sale. Such a shame. Her name was Natalie. Read more
The cake I got here for my daughter's birthday was the best ice cream cake we've ever had!
This is my local Carvel, and I will no longer go back. The store on the inside smells like raw sewage, and the person the wrote... on my birthday cake claimed that the writing would show up after an short amount of time, sadly it didn't. And she didn't have a clue as to how long the cake has to be left out before serving. Read more
Owner is incompetent. Doesn't even know the menu. Way to much milk not enough shake.
