In a town where there is a pizza or Italian shop on every corner, I thought I couldn?t go wrong with ordering take out from this... place. Tuesday?s they have a special 2 for $20. However, I had a problem with an item I ordered, called to let them know and allI got was an apology. The remedy would have been them offering to remake my problem item that I paid extra for. Live right around the corner. Used to be my go to place on my lunch break. One night I ordered stuffed shells a little before... closing? guess what!? This place has great potential. They have a nice owner, good sauce, and COULD be among the very best around. Unfortunately... theyre very stingy with the cheese even if you ask and pay for extra which i have many times. Theyre also very weak with thetoppings often hiding the lack of what they put on under the little bit of cheese. Expect the pie to be very red looking fromthe scarce amount of cheese w little toppings even if you ask and pay for DOUBLE. Not once. MANY times. I hate to give them abad review because i like the owner. But it is what it is. Their dinners are the same... Expect small portions that could be farbetter so easily. Wanna charge more? Do it. But give the people what they pay for. Brunellos has more potential than any othernearby place yet it suffers probably because of poor careless kitchen employees. The girls are very friendly and helpful but thefood could and should be far superior to what we're being given. I know MANY people within a few blocks of this place thatve allechoed these exact thoughts. Noone wants to hurt the nice owner so they just go elsewhere myself included. Terrible customer service. My mom was waiting to order a slice for 10 mins, she asked someone if she could be helped. They... responded the guy is in the back heating a pizza. Waited and waited and waited?. Still No one. When she asked again turns outthe guy left. All it takes is a simple sentence to update the customer how long she has to wait to be helped. People really hireanyone these days with no customer service and social skills. Me my family and friends will never go here. Read more

This was my go-to place for 15 years, great entrees, soups, pizza. But the place is apparently under new ownership. I ordered... three pizzas Memorial Day weekend that were just so-so and returned Wednesday for hero sandwiches that my friend and I didn'tlike at all. (He said it tasted like cafeteria food.) I hate telling owners and servers stuff like this but I'm posting thisbecause. at the moment, I don't want to go back and that feels terrible, because I was there once a week.
