Disappointed with the service we received tonight. Things happen and I totally get that?here?s our story. We order delivery... from the Pizza Hut app, paid $70 for not that much food , tis the times we are living in. This value is important to notetho. Got our order. Boxes felt hot. Family was excited for dinner. We start opening boxes and realize we have received thecompletely wrong order. Driver is already gone. No biggie, things happen. So I try to call. Phone rings and rings and then sayssomething like ?there is no one to answer so we are disconnecting the call now?. Ok, cool. So? I close up all the food, get my 2kids in their winter gear so we can drive to the store. At $70 id like the meal I paid for. Get there and the lady was niceenough. Said it would be 15 minutes to remake the order. Ok cool. So we sit and wait. After waiting a bit she asked why I waswaiting, remake, oh ok. Then goes back and gets my order. She did apologize but offered me nothing. No discount, no removing ofmy delivery fee, no coupon, no soda, nothing. Seeing as I ordered delivery and had to come to the store to get my correct orderI would have appreciated something. Boxes are all barely warm. Get home, pizza is burnt and cold, missing extra sauces I paidfor. Seems like my order was just chillin in the back getting cold. Nothing was remade while we sat there andwaited. Disappointing to say the least. Again, for $70 I would?ve appreciated if they actually remade the meal. I?m sorry tosay this but, Be careful ordering from here. Read more

I went to pick up my online order at 67th & Greenfield, Milwaukee, WI and had a horrible experience! I asked why did the website... have so many problems and not let me order any more food besides a large pizza? The manager blew up in my face in front ofseveral other customers. So I did not order any more food as I had planned to, once I got there. Horrible!!! Don't go there!Also, my food was burnt. Read more

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Worst experience ordering, EVER! I tried to 1st order online with the deal the pizza... hut website showed, however...it's not available at this location. Okay, I understand. I plug in my order and go to checkout.For some technical error reason, my card information would not go through, it kept giving me some error saying to re-enter cardinfo and try again. After several attempts, I decided to just call the store and place an order over the phone. A gentlemananswers and I briefly explain my situation trying to order online...instead of saying "I'm sorry that's not working. What can Iget you?" The guy is going back and forth with me saying "did you enter the right card info?" "Did you try refreshing the page?""Maybe it's the device your using". He's having me "troubleshoot" and try this and that. I'm trying to just order my dinner andfeed my baby at the same time! After he tells me it's maybe the device I'm using, I'm like, "I have a desktop, I suppose I couldtry that later" and he's like "okay" .... I'm like "I can't try that right now I'm feeding my 9 month old baby!" And he's like"okay"....I'm a very patient person, but by this time I was so furious because the time he took (4 minutes 57 seconds to beexact) to have me try this and that, he could have just taken my phone order! I literally told him I was just going to calldomino's. And I did. Got a better deal and was on and off the phone in 2 minutes. I do NOT recommend this place! Horriblecustomer service, and I say that because I actually WORK in customer service!! Very upset! Read more

Where to begin. We've been going to this pizza hut for the last 5 years or so. Every time we just get disappointed. We usually... skip delivery from this one and go to the pizza hut over on 76th and Howard, who always has excellent pizza. Which is one thingI dont get, the pizza hut on 76th and Howard is closer to us but stops delivering on Cleveland which we are a few houses downfrom us. Here was the disgusting pizza we had yesterday. This is usually a little better than normal in appearance and tastewise. Any way you can extend the pizza hut on 76ths delivery range to Harrison instead of Cleveland? I'm sure you'd have a lotmore happy customers. Thanks. Read more
