First off I want to apologize for the way I got angry but the manager when I called for the second time after they... picked up and hung up without talking to me, would not let me talk. First I asked for original got crispy found they had no coleslaw okay got something else fine but paid for chicken pot pie which I paid for and didn't get called told to bring it back and when I tried to say something the manager wouldn't stop talking about bringing back thechicken when all I wanted was to be able to get the pot pie another time and this he wouldn't let me explain because my grandkids already started to eat and I really didn't want to go out again. There was a feather sticking out of chicken thigh! I ordered a 2 piece meal. I'm eating the chicken leg, mashed potatoes. I look... at the thigh and think probably piece of cartilage. Pick it up and realize it's a feather! Take it back and they offer meanother piece of chicken. There is no way I want a piece of chicken after seeing that! The manager acts like a normal thing. Nobig deal. I wanted a refund. Nope. Terrible customer service. He wants to know what he can give me instead. I say biscuits. Atleast maybe no feathers in biscuits. I hope. Anyway the box is sitting on the floor next to garbage. I honestly don't think Icould ever eat anything kfc again. Maybe I can break them up tomorrow and see if the seagulls want them. If you are interested in seeing just how slow a fast food restaurant can be run, this is your chance. It's unreal. The only... plausible explanation is they must individually catch chickens free ranging all over the city for each meal. It will honestly bequicker to watch a YouTube video and learn how to fry your own chicken. Don't go here. Read more
I went on a Friday night 8/12/22. It was busy when I went up to order the guy was so friendly and funny it made waiting in line... not so bad. When I got to the window I realized my order came with coleslaw and asked them to change it. It was my mistake butthey fixed it anyways. Bottom line they were all friendly and that's not something you get a lot at fast food now days. Read more
Went to KFC July 10th around 7pm(hoping the staff that was working at this time gets some sort of credit or recognition) The... line was long and I mean long long ppl waiting in the street so they were busy! Closer to close too. Girl at drivethru was sopolite. Once I got to the window my food was handed to me promptly but was hot when I got home. Was missing a Mac and cheese andcookie but staff was friendly quick and had a good attitude which is something u don?t see these days Read more

Terrible, mashed potatoes were so runny the consistency of tomato juice and I'm not exaggerating. I ordered a famous chicken... bowl in the drive thru the girl taking orders had an attitude for no reason by me. So the bowl had runny potatoes and I couldliterally count the amount of corn kernels in the bowl (there were 13). The chicken (the little amount there was) was good ????.The place looked nice on the outside and inside (I had to go into the store to get what I wanted due to the bad attitude in thedrive thru).
