Food was fine. However, the employees were a mess. One girl was cussing towards the back about not doing all the work for the... other girl. The girl she was cussing about looked like she was going to cry and was just confused not actually doing any helpfulwork. And the third girl looked like she wanted to just go back to bed and never work another shift with the two of them as shewas doing most of the actual work. On top of that I ordered ahead so I could get to my job on time and I still had to wait 5-10minutes despite it saying my order was ready on the DoorDash app before I even got there. Read more
Coffee was delicious, but to wait, because the girl assigned to the counter register kept complaining she wasn't trained on the... register. Thus creating a wait that was too excessive and unwarranted. Read more
We waited for 5 minutes before someone greeted us. It was ample of workers but not one them said hello, we will be with you... shortly. I ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich. This sandwich was thrown together, bacon not fully cooked and so Dry. Thelobby was horrible! Just throw the entire furniture set away. This was my first and last time for Dunkin'. The staff at this location are unfriendly. I get the the same order of coffee at every dunkin and this location manages to make... it taste different each time and each time it tastes watered down. I try to avoid this specific location due to the watereddown coffee and unfriendly staff. Read more
This is literally milk?. You can clearly see what I ordered was an iced caramel craze, and that is not what I got. If I wanted... milk I would have ordered milk?. This is the 2nd day in a row that either something was missing or wasn?t right. This isridiculous and whoever made this needs to be retrained. Very disappointed and I love Dunkin way more than Starbucks but I mayneed to start going there?. Read more
Donuts should be simple and bare minimum effort needs to be given and yet this place makes packaged donuts at the crappiest gas... station look appealing. This is the third time this year where my kids asked for dunkin and what we got was dunked on withpaltry service and food. See Photos below. Donut should have had white frosting on it and sandwich bread should have beentoasted. Instead we got soggy bread and slimy donut with a couple spots of white frosting. Save your time and disappointment andjust go to Kwik Trip. Read more
They never have the spider donuts my kids ask for, so i saw a picture of a donut decorated to look like a pumpkin. Asked for 2... of those and received 2 regular pumpkin FLAVORED donuts. It wasn't that they messed up my order but more of a communicationerror. Read more
