They overcharged my carry out order and when I called my bank the representative said they dont add on a charge to the purchase... plus it was 1 transaction processed, my online receipt shows the amount it should have come to, so someone had to have added onthe 3.00 on Domino's store register end of it!? I went here for pizza and ended up waiting an hour after my scheduled pick up time because they ?accidentally? messed up my... order. They didn?t even tell me there was an issue. I waited at the location and got my food which was terrible. I contacted themanager and they reached out and offered gift cards for the order after the fact. To make things worse only one of the giftcards actually worked. I would recommend getting pizza elsewhere. Avoid the headache. Read more

I?ve been a dominoes loyal customer for a very long time. But today I did an online order that came out horrible. I ordered a... medium pizza also ordered the three cheese dip that should?ve came with the Parmesan twist breadsticks. When I took my orderhome I noticed that one the cheese is burnt and there?s hardly any cheese, and also to make it worse Also I noticed that I wasmissing the Parmesan twist. I was very upset tried to call the store directly. I was hung up many times also was on hold formore than 20 to 30 minutes at a time. Sorry Domino?s but you are losing a loyal customer. Read more
I am usually very happy with dominos but tonight I am disgusted. My children love their pizza and when I?m too tired to cook... dominos is our turn to. I order their pizza and I always get a salad for myself. When I opened my salad it was so distasteful,the lettuce was red/brown it was soggy underneath and I thought fine I?ll grab the lettuce from my fridge and cut it up and usethe cheese tomato and the onion from the kit, it?s okay right?. Wrong! The tomato had mold growing on it and the onions wereslimy. I called dominoes the first time was on hold 6 minutes a team member picked up and hung up the phone. The second time Icalled I was on hold for 15 minutes!! No one answered. I?m a pretty civil person, just credit me for a salad next time and Iwould have been fine, not anymore I want a refund. This is disgusting. I wish I could have gotten a better photo of the tomatoand onion before my husband tossed it, but here?s the ?salad? this is the hwy 100 location. Read more
I haven?t been to this location but I wish I would?ve went somewhere else further from the house. I ordered a thin crust Buffalo... chicken pizza. It was completely burnt. When I went back to the restaurant to fix the issue it felt like they were waiting forme to come back and that?s a red flag already. Then the light skinned girl behind the counter said ?You didn?t order anyprovolone, we all wondered why you wanted it like that?. How does cheese control time and temperature of the oven? App said Cory was checking my order for accuracy. When I received my order: missing a salad and the dressings; missing all 3... dipping sauces; pizza & pasta order both burnt. Best part of this whole thing: either get 60 points or 20% off. Not a refund ofthe missing items, points that expire or $2 off a menu item. Be better. Read more
