This is the second time I've had an order from cousins and my bread has been quite soggy-only asked for mayo on my sandwich no... oil or vinegar and the bread was still soggy. Not typical cousins experience I've had at other locations. Read more

Horrible customer service. We got a buy 2 get one free coupon on the back of our pick n save receipt and decided to use it same... day. Workers and manager refused the coupon saying it was expired. We even presented the receipt the coupon came from showingtoday's date, the guy even tried to puzzle the receipt together to make sure it matched. Maybe cousins corporate is strict onhow they enforce this stuff but it seemed way too excessive to prevent us from using their coupon. Nov. 20, 2022 Update: I am raising my rating from two stars to four. This location has improved significantly in the last six... months. The wait time has decreased to where I rarely have to park. The quality of the sandwiches has consistently improved interms of how they are made. The price is still too high, but there's not much else you can expect in this economy. Sotwo-out-of-three improvements is pretty good. ********** "I wonder why this place is always empty?" I found out why. Afterparking and waiting...and waiting...and waiting (I was the only car there), I finally received my food. $12.50 for a six-inchsub (which they amusingly call a "seven inch," like a guy desperately trying to overcompensate), large fries (what fast foodplaces used to serve as "medium" back in the day), and a "regular" drink (what used to be called "small"). The sandwich itselflooked like it was slapped together by someone who was either in middle school or had never before made a sandwich in theirlife. More ingredients were outside the bun than inside.
