Time to put this on blast: Went to Burger King store #5672, 6746 w Greenfield ave. Yesterday, they handed us the wrong order.... When we called, the manager said come in anytime to replace the whole order. Today, went to the counter and was told theemployee would not honor the promise as "they already got some kind of food" Never eat here unless you like getting your moneystolen. Read more
Never understood how hard it is to get a correct order when you go through the drivethru. I thought maybe it was 1x or 2x an... accident but every time I come here someone fails my orders. Ordered through doordash and the food was cold and wrong. The fries were hot but my deluxe chicken sandwich was delivered cold... as ice and missing all of the toppings despite me not changing them at all in the order screen. Had a craving for Burger Kingfor the first time in months and I don't think I'll be getting another one any time soon. And to clarify the dasher did a greatjob delivering it and was super fast so that doesn't explain how cold my sandwich was especially compared with the fries. Read more

I ordered the Italian chicken sandwich. Got home and took a bite and realized they put American cheese on it instead of... mozzarella. So I figured I'll eat it and the second bite I noticed they put ketchup on it instead of marinara. This locationused to be the best but they went downhill. Read more
This place was pretty darn good at one time but the last time in, I received the worst Whopper sandwhich I have ever received in... my life. The more I thought about the fact that I ate part of this, the more grossed out I became. We?ve had good luck at this location. Drive through is fairly fast and orders are correct. Workers are competent and friendly.... If you haven?t tried the Ch?King yet, it?s delicious. We also tried the Rodeo Burger today for $1.00. I wasn?t crazy about itbut maybe I?ll try it without the BBQ sauce. Read more
Rude staff. Two employees saw me and walked away without saying anything to me. Finally they decided to help me. The lady that... helped me actually rolled her eyes when she was forced to help me! Blatant rudeness and wasn't trying to hide it. Then later shewas doing an interview. At least the food was fresh tasting. Read more
