Good pizza when it is well cooked. When will the buffet start again?
I have tried Both the pizzas and sandwiches. The ONLY negative thing I would have to say is: MY sandwiches WERE LACKING enough... meat and ingredients. I FELT I Wasn't getting my money's worth. I called at 6 pm. Asked what the latest time is that I could order a delivery, my son gets out of work at 10 pm. They told me to... call at 9:45 pm , that they could take the order and deliver the pizza no problem. I called at 9:45pm., And 8 more timesfollowing that. I was hung up on every time. Unfortunately I must give 1 star in order to write a review, but this establishment deserves less. I'm only 8 miles away, and... I've been waiting 2 hours for a pizza. 45 minutes ago i called and was told - out for delivery. Upon calling again just a momentago this "business" acted like my pizza was still coming, i guess will show up who knows when- and that was acceptable ........I asked for new pizza to be made (was willing to drive the 10 minutes at this point! I've got 4 small girls waiting on thispizza!) And not only was i responded to with horrible customer service but no offer was made as to try and apologize orreconcile this situation at all. My grandmother ran a successful business for over 50 years, if something happened that was THERESTAURANTS FAULT at least next visit would be half off or the meal would be completely comped or something. I live 5 miles from town in west and it?s 30 degrees outside i ordered delivery due to the fact I have my granddaughter which is... 7 and my heater doesn?t work in my car, well we ordered at 6:30 and it is now 8:40 still nothing! Finally we have a place that delivers to Bruceville-Eddy. Food was very good, price is affordable. Only thing is I would... recommend or ask for extra sauce on the gyro sandwiches besides that everything was delicious thank you for delivering to B-E :)will be ordering again in the future :) Read more
