First thing?s first I love Wingstop but this place needs some SERIOUS damage control. I?ve been waiting 30 minutes for my order... just to be told they haven?t even STARTED on my order yet and another guy has been waiting 35 minutes but can?t get a refundbecause ?the manager is on break? I understand things get busy or held up but there needs to be better communication betweenworker and customer or some type of compensation for the time it?s taking to make my order. ESPECIALLY if I?m going to bewaiting for over half an hour on my food. If I could give a 0 star for this place I would because I?m extremely dissatisfied. Read more

I see a lot of views knocking them for long wait times and while that was also my experience, you have to consider what the... staff is dealing with. I was in there on a Saturday at lunchtime. There were three people on shift to handle online orders,in-store orders, phones, etc. The man running the line had at least ten tickets in the window. Even despite all this, that foodwas on point. nothing was overcooked, everything was delicious, and the staff was courteous to me. I've ordered online from heremany times and I've had the exact same experience in food quality. I would rather wait longer for good food knowing how slammedthe place tends to be. I highly recommend this location. Read more

Really poor efficiency and communication from this location. Placed an online order at 6:37pm. Walked in at 7:05p as it was... going to be ready by then (per confirmation email). The time is now 7:49pm as I type this review (still no food). I learned theyare placing your ticket in the queue once you arrive/pay even though you ordered ahead of time. Absolute last time I will beordering from this establishment. Read more

Waited over an HOUR for food and we were very patient, but the employees have NO sense of urgency! They were in the back... playing, flirting, and only ONE employee was working to get orders out in a timely manner. Will NEVER order from here again. Itdoes NOT take an hour to make 10 wings ???? I think that the food is great ,so far the chicken wings lemon pepper are my favorite. I believe that there is some room for... improvement. They use containers to pack your food ,To avoid grease from getting in the container they should put paper napkinsunder the food to absorb the grease. That will eliminate greasy fries and fried chicken. I think that what we get depends on theperson packaging the food. There definitely a step missing in the daily operation but it?s an easy fix. Anyone that is anexperienced cook knows that when taking fried foods from the hot grease it?s always best to paper towels or napkins to absorbthe grease. The fries remind me of homemade fries that my mom used to make. She would cut a potato fry it then give us Frenchfries in a little bag. I?m from up North we had a Chinese restaurant called Little Kitchen. They had the same flavored fries asWing Stop. We only paid 5 or 10 cents a bag, lol ! Again if the grease issue is taking care of everything else is great. Thisis my opinion. I will say that the cook definitely knows what he?s doing Read more
