Just went here for breakfast and they had a $3 deal. I also added an orange juice. It was almost $8. When I confronted her she... told me I didn?t specify that I wanted the deal and STILL ran my card anyways for the larger amount even tho I confronted herand specified the $3 deal. What a joke. The burgers are definitely delicious and I favor Wendy's fries. But, lately I am starting to think they have switched their ... competitors ice cream supplier where all of the sudden now after midnight there are no more Frostys. My favorite. Read more

Horrible service. Appalling, really. Two cars in the drive-thru and zero in the parking lot at 5pm. After waiting well over 7min... at the speaker in the drive thru, and repeatedly being told "hang on", I ordered a kids cheeseburger meal, plain, just cheeseand ketchup. Drove around and watched 1 person actually doing any work, and 3 others either standing there talking or justwatching. They looked more like they were at a social gathering, then at work. Received the kids meal, and there was no ketchup.Sent it back, and then they overloaded it with ketchup, obviously on purpose. Daughter found a spider in her kids meal bag! I'mnot sure if Wendy's has refused to give these employees their $15 an hour or what, but clearly they are not going to put in anhonest effort until they receive it. Absolutely zero excuses for the lack of service and lack of pride in their job. I won'tjust complain, but I'll even offer to come in free of charge, and educate the entitled on what should be expected in the 'fastfood' industry.
