Guy who is I think that manager is rude. Young girl who is new to work can't do fast job, She kept asking him about the... computer systems and he is rude to me too. I asked him to show the turkey to big enough for 7people he refused and want me toget what he brings. I wasn't happy about rude service. Update: I posted a complaint on the company website. The next day the manager of this location reached out to me and apologized... for what happened. She told me I would receive a free ham when I was ready. I just needed to reach to her directly and left meher name and number. I have been a long time customer of Honey Baked Ham so I greatly appreciated her follow up. I havepurchased Honey Baked Ham every holiday season for the last several years. Every year, I know to make a reservation for my3-5lb boneless ham because otherwise, you may not get it. This year I made my reservation 2 weeks ahead of Thanksgiving week toensure I was able to get a reservation. I received my confirmation email along with my pick up date and time. When I arrivedat the store location to pick it up, I was told by the workers at the store that they didn't have my ham and my reservationdoesn't guarantee a ham. That is news to me and the first time it hasn't worked in years. I won't trust this location for myholiday ham in the future. Read more

I used to love this place and frequented it once a week for lunch on top of regular holiday purchases, however the service has... dropped dramatically between dumbing down menu items and staff not paying attention when making food. The last straw for me wasshowing up with a reservation for a turkey the day before Thanksgiving, only to be informed that they were only selling turkeysto customers who prepaid because they ran short, and that ?Our reservations aren?t a guarantee that you?ll get served.? Sign LITERALLY says they sign by the slice for turkey and ham, but they said they don't do that. The store manager refused to... sell by the slice. We then asked about their smallest ham to purchase, and she said we had to reserve it to buy it. All the hamsin the store she refused to sell to anyone unless you went and purchased it online or through the app. Good luck seniors andthose without smart phones, because you won't be able to buy anything from this place! Awesomely fast services. When it?s the worst possible time on the worse possible day of ten year to pick up a turkey or ham, it... was a breeze. Plenty of helpful people to customize your prefect Thanksgiving dinner. Took me less than 10 minutes from parkingto driving off. And even the customers were happy as can be.
