while the sandwiches are very good, something has come to my attention and if true, this subway store should be boycotted or... lose it's franchise. i was told by a former employee that the store manager or the gm there told this employee that "this storeshould have never hired a single mother" and that "it is the practice of this company not to hire single mothers" mmmmmm........this is pure discrimination. does the subway franchise know about this? i hope a lawsuit develops out of this if this is true. irefuse to go to this store as of now. that is wrong. so wrong. i'll drive a little farther down the road to the next subway formy sandwiches from now on. the store in wesley chapel, 27765 Wesley Chapel Blvd, Wesley Chapel, FL 33544. looking at some of thepast posts, the names have already been mentioned. i recently had a bad experience with my online order there. the time topickup my order was set and when i got there it was not ready and i had to wait for two more instore customers before my orderwas even started. roughly it took nearly an hour to make my order from the time it was placed and i didn't blame the employeesthere. maybe i misjudged a little. anyway, i'm going down the road for my next subway order. This is my 2nd complaint a year ortwo later. Tonight 01/21/22 i ordered online. The first thing i ran into is you cant order more than 6 sandwiches or meals. Ihappen to need 7. Then the food was sitting on a shelf that anyone could take or say im here for a pickup. No questions askedjust pointed in the direction of the shelf. Then i get home 2 of my sandwiches i ordered double meat on was not double meat. Ifit was then the bread would bury the meat on a regular sandwich. Another sandwich had all of the items from the menu on it afteri removed them as my 89 year old mother cant eat some of those items. I have had a lot of bad experiences in Subways but this store is god-tier. It was so clean, everyone was following COVID... guidelines to the T, and my food was great! Shout out to whoever closed tonight because her customer service was impeccable! Read more

We stopped in today with lots to order and even though Tammy was the only one working she was super friendly and super fast with... our order. She Is definitely the kind of worker any employer would love to have on their team. She definitely deserves a raise or bonus plus the subs were awesome! Read more

Service phenomenal. Above and beyond. Offered to make me chicken salad from scratch and he knew how. It's a shame you assign... your employees a number on the receipt and not their name. I know this review late and I should have written it back this past November when I visited. I stopped on a Saturday night... while travelling. The young man who working the counter by himself was amazing. I can't remember his name unfortunately his name on his name tag was worn. He acknowledged us as he was making the order for the people in front of us. A line formed behind usbut he didn't rush us at all. He made sure are order was correct. He was very polite and patient. He was a pleasant young manwith great manners. I thanked him many times for his great service. I am not sure if he even still works at this Subwayanymore. If he does I hope his boss, store owner, managment hopefully sees this and can pass along the praise I give him. He wasa young African American male. I wish I knew his name and I hope someday he will see this review. Keep up the great work andpositive attitude young man. Thank you sir. Read more
