Getting my coffee an hour before closing. One of the batista (a guy) is telling another one ( a girl at the window) that she... shouldn't mop so hard and then he says.. we don't even clean our dishes properly, so you shouldn't clean the floor as good asyou were. What?? gross.. So, when I said something, he said.. oh yes! some don't do it.. but not tonight though.. It doesn'tmatter.. I would like to mention how the employees are always great but the coffee lately want been so great. I ordered two Venti Iced... coffees yesterday and they both tasted like water. I didn?t have the energy to sit in the long line again to return it. They?vebeen packing the drinks with ice as well. What?s going on at this location? I?m so sad. Read more
I really like the customer service it's always fast and it makes my day. And one employee that totally makes my day and always... having the smile on his face his name is "West". I recommend to go to this place. And also "Maddie" always that smile in thedrive thru and she so nice. Read more
This used to be one of my most favorite Starbucks locations. Former assistant manager Jacob was always friendly, got our order... right and the store was clean. Unfortunately, the last four visits prompted me to write this review. The store is now noticeablydirty. Not messy, dirty. The restroom looks like it hasn?t had a good cleaning in well over a week. Last night, for the first time in many years, I had a bad experience at Starbucks. I ordered two drinks, one a Caramel Macchiato... with Caramel Sauce instead of Vanilla (for my mom) and one hot Cappuccino with 3 Splenda for me. Both came out t wrong, but Iwas in no mood to go back (Macchiato had vanilla and Cappuccino had caramel). For the price paid for a Pumpkin Spice Latte, I would think they'd fill up the cup. There wasn't any whip cream and I hadn't... taken any sips yet so I was surprised that 2 inches of the drink were missing. The staff is super friendly but again, whenyou're more expensive than other coffee shops, it's nice to give a full cup. Read more
I would give a zero if I could. Did a mobile order. Gave me an estimate of 20 min. Got to the store and the bagel was ready.... After 30 min I asked the rude girl (CJ) behind the counter if she knew where I was in the line and she said ?haven?t gotten yoursticker so another 20-30 min? I said well I already have my food and she said ?cool? and I said excuse me? She said I could geta refund so I went to the counter. They seriously think it?s ok to wait an hour for a vanilla latte?!? I don?t understand how amobile order isn?t ready even though all the cars in the drive thru continued moving. They refunded my drink and gave me a $4recovery card.
