Just close this location?. 1st visit jacob lacked customer service skills. 2nd visit my footlong hot dog was not fully cooked... nor was my burger and my fries were cold. They had to notice this. Needless to say, I won?t be back. Read more

DO NOT EAT HERE U WILL REGRET IT. The absolute worst dining experience EVER. The burger tasted like it was cooked months ago... frozen then without heating it put it on my bun. Ice cold and I'm not exaggerating. The chicken was rubbery and did not tastelike chicken. We had asked for our food to be made fresh apparently you get ice cold, old food that would probably make u sickif u actually ate it. I honestly do not know how or why they are open. You have been warned!!!!!! ZERO STARS Also if a manageror owner reads these, you need to check on your store, we waited over 30 minutes for absolute garbage food. Read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would. THE WORST PLACE EVER! In the drive thru for like 10 mins no one took the order! Drove up... to the front. They take my order and all to have me sit there some more and come back out and say ?Oh I forgot our grill isn?tworking so we can?t make anything you ordered.? Shouldn?t that been the FIRST THING they said to me when they came to take myorder, or am I just tripping? Not the first bad experience either! They really have terrible customer service Read more

For all the people who are from different country or unable to speak fluent in English DO NOT GO TO THAT RESTAURANT . They are... racist and they will trespass anyone who doesn?t fit their criteria. I went through drive thru, waiting for about 4 mins saying g hello every now and then until I just drove forward. Someone came... out to ask amd I said I've been waiting with no response. She took my order, a few mins later came out with a huge amount offood on the tray amd was confused bc no one but me was in drive-thru! Lol and went back inside. I waited about 10 more mins withno one coming out amd just drove off. No service, no rush at all! I could see there was at least 6 people inside and no one inparking lot or behind me in drive-thru. Placed an order for two cheeseburgers and a large order of tater tots. They were absolutely disgusting. The cheeseburgers were... so cold they felt like they had been refrigerated. The tater tots was nothing but an extremely greasy blob. There were noindividual tots just a formed mass that had taken the shape of the cardboard container. Could not eat them from the containerand had to put it on a plate and eat it with a fork. I had eaten a couple bites when my wife took a bite of her cheeseburgerand I watched her pull part of her bite from her mouth with a long hair attached to it. We threw the food away. There is noexcuse for this. NONE whatsoever. Edit.. The ticket provides a number to call and ask for a manager. Of course several attemptswere made. No one ever answered and so it went to voicemail, which didn?t allow you to leave a message because the inbox wasfull. Read more
