New to Tampa. Liking my new favorite smoothy shop!!!!! Good options and quick accurate service.

Took my kids in before school started for smoothies. My kids declared them to be the best. We had a nice time :)

5 stars for the owners 1 star for the smoothies - which are watered down every single time. I had my friends try it this time... and they confirmed: my strawberry mango drink taste like ice with no trace of strawberry or mango. Would have put 0 stars if possible. This last Wednesday I visited this location close to 4 pm, as I often do. I was not greeted... by the two employees as i walked in and began to wait at the register to be helped. While the employees continued theirconversation with each other, one began to shout over the end of the counter, and I mean shouted, over and over at a customer inorder to get him his drink. This went on for about a minute. After the fact they laughed about it hysterically meanwhile, a lineof people had formed behind me. Luckily, a different employee came from out back, and greeted me and took my order. I was in norush but still became annoyed with being blatantly ignored by the employees while they seemingly disrespected another customer.Left very disappointed and will be picking a new location next time. Rude staff. Franchise I go to you order at one end of counter, pay at the other. They have signs above that let you know. This... branch had one sign to order, none to pay, so I ordered and walked off to the other end to pay and one slightly built youngwoman obnoxiously told me to go back and pay. I explained why I had walked off and she went on to tell me the equivalent of,"well, in THIS store..." she could have gotten my attention without the snide tone and attitude. I went back & paid via the app,waited for my drink and then got taken back to the register to pay again when I already had! So the animus stayed. WC locationnot worth the visit. Read more

*** This review is more like 2 1/2 stars The smoothies were good but the service not so good. It was the middle of the day and... the place was empty, there was no-one in the counter. After few minutes and few hellos... a person came from the back and tookmy order. He was kind of rude and it looked bother with my presence. My family visit this place in Wesley Chapel quite oftenfor the last several years when we are in the area and, it?s very disappointing to see how the quality of the service havedecayed through the years. I've been a regular customer at this Smoothie King for over 2 years since moving to the Wesley Chapel area and their customer... service has always been great and they've always been very consistent on the way they make the smoothies (which are great btw)!I've read some of the negative reviews and I'm calling bs on them. I've never been asked to give a tip by any employees in the 2years I've been going there! The credit card/debit card reader is set to give the option of leaving a tip, its not the employeesasking for one???????. And as far as too much ice, I've never had that issue, my smoothies always taste great, and the customerservice has always been great and the employees even refer to me by name so I really appreciate that!
