Sarah is an amazing manager! I'm a church youth leader, and I brought about 20 of my students to this Red Robins for dinner.... Upon arriving, there was a little confusion about calling ahead and reservations. Sarah then came out and handled the situationperfectly, providing a solution that we couldn't see, and I couldn't have been more grateful. You could tell that she genuinelywanted us to enjoy our time there and be taken care of. After we were seated, she continued to check up on us every once in awhile to make sure we were alright, to which I confirmed each time. There were moments where my students were a bit disruptiveor were not listening to the waitresses, which I apologize for, but each time, the waitresses were very patient and kind to uswithout fail. The food is very delicious. It was a busy Friday but why not come to the place with bottomless fries?! The only negative... experience that my family and I experience here is how little fries they give you with your first order. Also, god forbid if youwant to order a refill on French fries or etc it takes them forever. I hope y?all can improve this before I think about takingmy family back to this location. Read more

Been a long time since we're went to a Red Robin. But from the moment we walked in the door they exceeded or expectations. The... hostess was very friendly. or server was very friendly and personable. She checked on us frequently and made sure we were welltaken care of. Even tho it was after 9 pm. Burgers were on point, got the royale, garlic fries are amazing, service was perfect, manager... brought our food and checked on us, remind you it was after 9pm, closes at 10. Sunset lemonade and sand in your shorts tastedexactly how they should. Good time. Read more

I?ll start off by saying I?m not a huge fan of Red Robin but my experience todays was nothing short of phenomenal. We were... greeted at the door with a friendly smile and taken to our seats without delay. Our waitress Callie was so friendly andinformative. First time back here in about two years or so. We went on a Saturday night around 7:30pm and in November during the Symphony in... Lights show at the mall, so a wait was to be expected, though it was only about 25 minutes. Our server was very friendly andattentive for our party of six. The food was also very good; we mostly had burgers along with an appetizer of fried pickles. Notsure if it?s the usual crowd or because of the light show, but there were a ton of young kids there, so definitely very loud andbusy. Can?t fault the restaurant for that.
