Absolutely disappointed in this store. If I could rate it a zero I would. After waiting in the lobby for 35 mins without... receiving my food we FINALLY get it and it is ice cold and the chicken was hard as a rock. Waiting for fresh food is one thing,waiting for cold and old food is nothing short of disappointing. When trying to get a refund I am unable to get into contactwith the store. Do better. Read more

This is the worst Popeyes I have ever been to. I have placed several mobile orders then when I go to pick up my food find out... they don't have chicken. They are always out of something. It really sucks that this is the only Popeyes in WC. Now where am Igonna get my fried chicken fix without having to drive out of town?! Read more

Live in a co-op with over 400 people. This is the closest fried chicken location to all of us. Routinely, daily almost, we have... locals visit this location. This location is out of more than half their menu items every visit. This place is highlymismanaged. Leadership clearly fails to order appropriately and in turn this place becomes fried chicken without. Sad. Read more

Today I was craving a spicy chicken Sandwich and stop by here. WORST Popeyes I have been. Used the Drive Thru to get my... food...first thing was "We only have Rice or Coleslaw as Side. .I said OK no problem. When I got my food I noticed that theyhad given me a piece of brown paper roll like the one they use in the bathroom to dry your hands....fine. Then starteddriving and took a bite of my Sandwich and the chicken was Raw!!!! I turned around and went inside to let them know that thechicken needed more time. They guy looked at me like I was lying and said that's how our children is a little bit hard. I saidNo! I Kknow how to cook and that needs more time trust me. Not one employee there had urgency at all to replace it so I saidyou know what just give me my money back...he then proceeded to give me cash $4 when I had paid over $8 he said that's for toursandwich. REALLY? I said you can have your .50 cent drink and coleslaw back is not worth $4 and give me the full refund. Noteven an apology at all. . NEVER EVER AGAIN STEPPING A FOOT IN THERE. What can I say ? It was absolutely horrible, I ordered take out on line, I got there to pick up my my order for 4 of us ,the... only thing they had that I ordered and already paid for was mashed potatoes, they had no gravy they were out of macaroni&cheese, spicy chicken for sandwiches! They offered more plain mashed potatoes & greasy soggy chicken that was the worst ! Thekids running the show there need adult supervision! No hair nets! Therefore there was a piece of hair found in one of the plainmashed potatoes orders! I have a photo! Never have I attempted to eat at a place so horrible! We went there on a Friday night and they were packed and it took awhile but kudos to the young man at the window. He held it... down while. Good work ethics takes you along way in life. I wish I knew his name because while the rest of the crew was outsidesmoking this young man stayed there and took care of at least the 5 or 6 cars in line. Not to mention he was attentive in makingsure we had sauces, straws, plastic ware, etc... You will OWN your own business one day and go far In life. Happy Popeyescustomers. Unfortunately, they were out of spicy variety I wanted. The cashier said that they had overcooked the spicy portions and had to... be thrown away. I was annoyed but she said they would compensate with the mild. Not really my preference but the service wasquick. Read more

The worse fast food experience Ive ever had. We walked in and stood at the counter for a long period while counting 8... employees?several looking at us, but I guess not interested in customers. They were having fun, cell phones out, lots ofswearing (f-word and n-word multiple times). Anyway, finally was able to order. Watched our food put in bags and then it justsat there for multiple minutes. I finally asked if that was our food?he said yes, we are waiting for your pies. This is fiveminutes in. I asked for the food, pies were for desert. All food was cold. Brought the fries back. He gave me more fries fromthis massive pile of fries that was sitting there when we got there (no heating lamp or any means of heating. These fries wereworse.
