I moved from an area where I had a fresh meal prep I used that delivered meals cooked fresh same day for the week. When I moved... here I was looking for a place that was a bit more fresh than say a freshly and this place seemed to be it. They told usdeliveries were Saturday and Wednesday so Saturday was the day we decided we?d do our food shopping. Well I get home to realizethat 4 of the 10 meals I purchased had a ?best by? date in the next 2 days. So much for fresh. They gave me no issues exchangingbut I don?t love the response that they just keep those meals from last weeks delivery clearly until the actual date, especiallyknowing that people are buying for more than just that day. Not her fault she was just doing her job but management. Thoseshould be discounted for the price and kept away from the fresher food. Not impressed today. Pretty much food is pretty goodbut beware. Highly recommend! I have been getting meal deliveries a few weeks now, and the food is delicious! I love how you can easily... filter by dietary need and there is a lot of variety to the menu. Everything has been fresh and when a small mix-up happenedwith my last order customer service immediately fixed it and made it right. Nothing less of AMAZING! Taste and quality is superb and customer service is top notch. I?ve used several meal prep companies in... California and Fitlife foods is my all time favorite! I love the variety and the fact that I can go to a location any day tostock up. I went in on 6/20/22 and was helped by Jacob. He went above and beyond when it came to explaining their meal prepsubscription options and variety of meals. Place looks super nice and modern, very clean, with microwaves to heat your food,... and Jacob was the MVP and helped me through the way and I just felt at home. Very pleased with the taste and sizing of meals,available in small medium and large portions. I wanted to try meal preps for the first time to see if this would be convenient for myself. I chose Fitlife just from hearing... about them through others and their website is user friendly. Earlier today I went in to pickup my order that I placed online.There was a gentleman and a young woman who greeted me when I walked in. Fully engaged while I was in the store. Sorry didn'tget their names, but perfect 10 for customer service experience. And I just had the buffalo turkey melt and it was so delicious.Keep up the great work guys!! Read more
