This location deserves the "Consistently A Mess" award. I could order the same drink ten times and it would be made differently... ten times. The funniest (and saddest) story from here is when my sister ordered an iced latte and saw it was scarily white,nearly all milk, so she asked for it to be remade. The guy at the window was confused and claimed that lattes were mostly milkand coffee. He was on the right track, but my sister replied, "What? Yes, lattes are mostly milk, but they're made withespresso." The guy, puzzled, replied, "No, coffee." This man made a "latte" with coffee, not espresso, and even so, it must havebeen two drops of coffee and 99% milk. He had no idea what he was doing. I think I've only ordered a latte once where I couldactually taste the espresso. Other times, I fear it may have also just been coffee. When I do order iced coffee, much of thetime it's so white that it's truly just milk. I HAVE to ask for light milk. Also, I swear, I'll ask for one pump of syrup and ittastes like three. I don't know what goes behind the scenes, but doesn't Dunkin have standard measurements??? At least if youbuy from this location, you can always look forward to a surprise. You could even make a game of it, like "Wow, what drink willI get today even though I ordered so-and-so?" I would never, ever go here if it wasn't so close to my house. This place used to be a good place to go. Now it?s just poor customer service I?ve experienced. The manager needs to wake up.... You are losing customers. The man said I couldn?t order a sandwich they were short staffed, but when I pulled up to the windowthere were at least 3 workers at the front (so I don?t understand what the problem was). This has happened 3x. Then when the manis there he has you pull foreword a head of the window to wait for your order, which really doesn?t make sense especially whenI?ve been the only vehicle there early in the am. Makes me wonder if he doesn?t want you to witness the blunder that really goeson inside. This only happens when the man is there. I hope the owners realize this. Read more
Not only is this location more expensive than others, they try to cut corners where they can. I always order the cold foam in my... coffee (usually at different locations) and when ever I order it from here it?s never actually cold foam it?s whipped cream!!The first time this happened I thought it was a mistake, but after it happening multiple times I?m disgusted to know you?recharging extra for cold foam for it really to just be whipped cream smh. If i could give zero i would .the worst Dunkin,the staff could care less if theres customers waiting..i bought a scoop of... icecream and it literally looks just like a line of icecream folded..i ask the girl who made it that this isnt one scoop and shesaid yes it is! Extremely disappointed by the quality of food there. I guess because I used the drive- thru, they thought I wouldn?t bother to... return and complain. It went straight into the trash can. Read more
I don't know what all bad reviews are about ! But ' I love this place , Been a regular for ever now ! It's ok if people screw up... , it's ok to make mistakes! And not everyone is going to make you the same exact coffee the way you want it . It's differentpeople different techniques, you're not gonna get the same exact thing you want !
