Well I after seeing the reviews below I really don't get how they have not just demolished the entire site for new and improved... opportunities. Disgusting RAW wings soggy fries, and this was noticed at pick up time not when I got home. Tried waiting onfresh order but apparently nobody there can read nor understand what crispy means. It's no wonder the parking lot for this placeis ALWAYS empty. How they are still in business blows my mind. DISGUSTING FOOD ALL AROUND. My 1st and last time I can promiseyou that. $90 order completely wasted and trashed. Ashley when a customer asks if EVERYTHING is in the bag, do not tell themyes without checking it in front of the customer. Instead your yes response was super rushed. How do you guys mess up such a bigand simple order when sadly there were literally 2 tables taken in the entire establishment? If disgusting was a person itwould be the entire place. Came in for lunch. Took 40 mins for 10 wings to reach my table, unfortunately at that point I had just enough time to box my... lunch that I ordered, Pay my bill and leave. SKIP THIS SPOT!!! Had high hopes for this place! After my first couple visits I thought I found a perfect neighborhood bar. Boy... was I wrong. Bar staff ranges from somewhat friendly to will completely ignore you. Very limited liquor selection and if ManagerPam doesn't like you she won't restock your brand. I have been going to this beefs since I was young in high school! I miss the old owners! I took my daughter out to lunch today,... and the chips were stale and you could see the oil like I had someone?s old chips. My waitress name was Ashlee, and I orderedthe prime rib sandwich like I always do. I do that or the melt . I wish I would have taken a picture literally looked like atoddler made this sandwich. One piece of very very thin meat cut in half and almost a half looking piece of cheese. It was wayto much bread and no meat at all! Normally it?s amazing! So after all of this Ashlee did not listen or apologize. Really empathyis everything! It would have changed a lot about this visit. Apologies go a long way. She snatched my coleslaw off the table inwhich I told her I would keep and she could charge me . It took me 3 times or more to tell her I wanted to keep that! I was soembarrassed because my daughter, and I picked here to go instead of where we were going to go! Do better please ! I won?t beback for awhile. When it came to men they got treated way better. This wasn't the first time we've ordered from here but it's definitely the last. We've had enough of the screw ups. I ordered a... chicken salad and instead of the poblano dressing that usually comes with it, there was a small container of salsa. Seriously?My husband ordered wings and the celery sticks were missing. My husband wasn't too happy about having to drive all the way backto the restaurant due to incompetent employees...the one in the kitchen and the girl that handed him the order and reassured himthat everything was in the bag. Not my first time at this location, the chicken on my salad was so hard I couldn?t even bite into it. I paid extra for mushrooms... on a sandwich and got 3 tiny mushrooms. We ordered 20 boneless wings and we got 20 bone-in. Samantha, our server was very rude,when the wings came out I told her that?s not what I ordered and she basically called me a liar and told me I did order that. This is my third and final visit to this establishment. I received a meal that wasn't as described in the menu. The... substitute fries were cold and the slaw needs some flavor. I will not recommend this place to anyone. The 2 stars are for mynewly employed server that just may need some more training. Read more
Been to this location several times. I?ve had bad experiences and great. When my food is hot, they are one of my favorite spots... to get wings and fries. Bourbon glaze are delicious. Read more
