Awful food. Traditional wings are dry and tasteless. The fries were way over cooked and taste stale. This place has really gone... down hill since the old owner left. I?ve tried to give this place multiple chances (about 5 times) and every time I?ve come withmy husband everything has been god awful. You need to retrain your cooks. Read more
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I am not one to write reviews but here we are? We went into this Beefs at approx 7:00pm on a Saturday... evening. For only having 5 tables of customers this was the absolute WORST service I?ve ever experienced. Sat there for over 20mins without drinks (we ordered a water and a soda). Food took over 45 mins to arrive at the table and it magically appearedafter we asked about it. Waitress was behind bar chit chatting with coworker while we sat there with no drinks. She also rolledher eyes and said that it wasn?t her fault they were ?slammed? - mind you there were only about 10 other people in theplace. It also smelt like a mixture of old mildew and sauerkraut. Do not come here, you will be disappointed. There are a lot of bad reviews here. I can tell you it's not the staff or the food. Both are good. There is a smell in the... dining room. Doesn't bother me nor is it awful, but it's there. We always go to this Beef's and we'll keep going. Read more
What an awful visit. We arrived at 545 on a Friday night, expecting a busy lively crowd. More than half the seating was... available. We were greeted with a "sit anywhere you'd like" and took a table by the bar. We then waited.... And waited... For35 minutes... Until one member of our party went to the bartender and said we would like to order. The bartender then came overand took our order just after 630. She never returned. We asked several times over the next hour for an update, and wereanswered with "Uuuhhhhhh I'm going" before she disappeared for several more minutes. We watched a young male waiter serving theremaining guests, seemingly with ease, as all were happily eating outside the bar area. Finally, at 730, we called it quits,and had to go ask for our drink tab, and cancel our food order. She initially said "its coming right out" and went to checkagain. She then came out and said that online orders were backed up and that was why we never received food. No offer ofcompensation or apology, just blame on Uber Eats. Not going back. Read more
