I ordered take out and gave them ample time to prepare my order. I arrived early; difficult to find "take out parking"; once I... found a spot I informed the hostess that I was picking up an order which may not be ready just yet; waited 15 minutes for orderonly to discover a portion of my order was mistakenly given to another costumer. Sigh. The manager and staff were EXTREMELYAPOLOGETIC and remade my ENTIRE ORDER and discounted my order. Going to this restaurant has been the pinnacle of my year. The pizza is breathtaking, let alone the customer service is... brilliant. I adore the small environment to where I can feel like I?m in a palace munching on a such glorious meal throughout myday. It?s sad because this hierarchy of a restaurant is located in a mall that has been foreshadowed by the outlets. The pizza was amazing and tasted just like New York style. Our server was Michelle and she was super friendly. She took the time... to make sure she was clear on our order and checked on us several times to see if we were doing good. I appreciated her genuinecheerful service. First time here. Ordered meatball pizza. The Pizza crust was soggy. Ricotta had a funny taste. The meatballs tasted like generic... frozen ones. Ceaser salad was good but drowned in the yummy dressing. Not a fan. If I come back I would try the calzone. Read more

Overpriced, mediocre pizza and terrible service. Bill was over $60 for 2 large pizzas, a salad and garlic knots. None of the... food was worth it. The waiter ignored us, the person at the table next to us pointed out to him that we were there before them. He still chose to serve them first. We sat there for 20mins until he first spoke to us. He brought my salad and placed it onthe table next to us. They told him it wasn't theirs, then he put it on our table and walked off leaving us without cutlery for5 more mins. After all that, I had to remind him to please bring cutlery and our drinks. ....the Caprese salad was good andexpensive ($9.95). We waited another 20! Minutes for the pizzas which a different lady from another table had to point out totheir waiter (telling him that they got their pizza while we were still waiting on ours---it was that obvious).A few minutesafter that our waiter brought our our pizzas, which were mediocre tasting and huge. The drinks tasted like dish soap. Not sureif the red plastic cups are not washed thoroughly or is there is something wrong with the soda machine 25mins later our waiterchecked on us and I asked him for a to go box and the bill and before I could finish my sentence to ask him if they gave aMilitary discount he had walked off. When he came back and I asked, he said yes. I pulled my Military ID out to show it to himbut he had walked off mid sentence again. Unreal. He came back, and mumbled something about he "refunded me the discount" ?!Whatever that means, at this point I just wanted to leave. I checked my card to make sure he didn't charge me twice, and hedidn't. NEVER coming back there. Pizza doesn't taste good enough to endure such horrible customer service.
